Welcome to the Serna Sisters website!

This blog is about a mom, dad, their 3 daughters and the learning journey they go through with topics involving science, tech, travel, school activities and sports.

Let’s introduce ourselves. Dad and mom were born in Spain and the rest of us were born in the US. We currently live in Issaquah, WA.

• Aida, currently a 6th grader, constantly pushes her limits. She devours books, is a phenomenal writer and an avid mathematician for her age. She loves to learn new things and competes in cross country and basketball team representing her school.
• Andrea, currently a 5th grader, does not stop! She runs, plays, keeps running and, did we say, run? She is a very good young mathematician and loves learning weird facts. Same as her sister, she currently competes in cross country and basketball. On her first 5k race (on crocks) she did it 31 min.

• Adriana, currently a 2nd grader, loves to learn about how the world works (probably spends too much time with youtube documentaries), loves math and is obsessed with playing chess and Minecraft. When she grows up she wants to “do the same thing as dad”… which involves computers and catching bad guys on the internet.

And, mom and dad… both are not that important for this website! 🙂
